Golf is as much a part of The Tryall Club as the magnificent villas and the ocean views. The course is integral to the Club’s fabric, twisting and winding through the estate as it makes its way down to the coastline. Rated as one of the Caribbean’s finest, our course is both challenging and beautiful with a fascinating heritage.

Tennis is a way of life at The Tryall Club and has been since we opened in 1959. With facilities that are ranked amongst the finest in the Caribbean, there are nine courts, 24 pros, hitting partners and ball boys in season as well as exceptional training facilities and a reputation that draws world champions as well as world championships.

Onsite activities include kayaking, paddle boarding, and Hobie Cat lessons.
Tryall's choice of motorized sports includes wake boarding, water skiing, tubing and banana boat rides.
Divers and snorkelers can discover the underwater world from our offshore reef and for those who prefer to be above water, glass-bottom boat rides reveal the hidden depths without getting wet:
- A full PADI scuba diving programme is available including open water certification as well as advanced open water certification.
- Private glass bottom boat trips
- Private snorkelling tours
For enthusiastic anglers Tryall offers bottom fishing and four hour deep sea fishing trips.
Yoga is a popular pursuit for many of guests! In addition to the deck outside the gym or at the Great House, there are numerous other locations to choose from; a popular choice being the gazebo at the end of the pier or of course in the serenity of your villa garden. The southern hinterland of the Tryall estate covers more than 1,000 acres. Comprised of forests, ridge lines, buffs, cliffs and streams, it is an undisturbed natural paradise indicative of the incomparable fauna of the island.
There are a number of ways to explore, discover and be inspired by this spectacular environment. Some you can enjoy at your own pace, whereas others are escorted by Tryall's resident Environment and Conservation Manager, who's knowledge of Jamaica’s flora and fauna is beyond compare.
